FROM MUSIC AND MADNESS II
Sometimes certain episodes in one’s life are too exquisite, singular, and crucial that to remember it pedant and pure allows us to relive it. But to dwell on a moment, a fleeting memory, is to deny the senescent nature of our predicament. That life is ever-changing, and to live is to evolve, triumphant or otherwise. Goodbye’s are for those who do not wish to look back, for those who feel that this here, now, will never happen again. But if you choose not to, the moment can live on, not as a recollection but as a promise, that the striving won’t end.

I tried to paint you a picture, the colors were all wrong
Black and white didn't fit you and all along,
you were shaded with patience, your strokes of everything
That I need just to make it, and I can see that...
Lord knows I've failed you, time and again
But you and me are all right
We won't say our goodbyes you know it's better that way
We won't break, we won't die
It's just a moment of change
All we are, all we are, is everything that's right
All we need, all we need, a lover's alibi
I walked a minute in your shoes, they never would've fit
I figured there's nothing to lose
I need to get some perspective on these words before I write them down
You're an island and my ship has run aground
Lord knows I'll fail you time and again,
But you and me we're alright
We won't say our goodbyes you know its better that way
We won't break, we won't die
It's just a moment of change
All we are, all we are, is everything that's right
All we need all we need, a lover's alibi
Every single day that I can breathe, you change my philosophy
I'm never gonna let you pass me by
So don't say your goodbyes you know its better that way
We won't break, we won't die
It's just a moment of change
It's just a moment of change…
All we are, all we are, is everything that's right
All we need, all we need, a lover's alibi
So don't say our goodbyes you know its better
We won't break, we won't die

Right on! Here's to moving forward and letting go and giving dwelling the finger. Two tears in a bucket, motherfuck it. Anyway, Red, I have half a heart to host the Plan, but if you guys are still interested, I suppose we can make it happen. It will be totally low key this time around. Think Pambahay.
You are very productive with this sort of inspiration, Red. This blessed idea of moving on. Maybe we should drink to that, soon.
@Momel Haha. I like the expletive bit. It's so you. Half a heart; so does it mean you're not as much into the idea as before? Relaxed, laidback and informal would be nice, as I'm always dressed anyways for work. It would be a welcome change.
I guess its all about the pained artist sort of argument. Moving on is different for everyone, it doesn't necessarily preclude the show of fangs, nor bileful and venomous. Maybe we should just drink to life, too.
Maybe, moving on is just, simply, moving. Continuing. :)
